This privacy policy (‘Policy’) sets out the basis on which M-League Ltd. (‘M-League’, ‘We’, ‘Our’, ‘Us’) will collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data we collect from you. This Policy applies to personal data in the possession or under Our control, including any organisation that We may engage to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for meeting Our purposes.

  1. Personal Data.

    1. ‘Personal Data’ will mean data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified:

      1. from that data; or

      2. from that data and other information to which the organisation has or is likely to have access.

    2. ‘Customer Personal Data’ means any personal data which you disclose to Us. For an individual, this may include your name, country of residence, gender, date of birth or employment information. In case of a body corporate, this will include the name of your directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, employees and any other individual authorised to act on your behalf.

  2. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Data.

    1. You can use and browse our website without having to disclose your personal data, except as may be necessary to allow us to respond to your requests or in cases where you contact us directly.

    2. We collect personal data (which may include Customer Personal Data) when you provide it to us, through registration, completion of forms, emails, enquiries and requests, and similar situations in which you have chosen to provide the information to us.

    3. The information you give us may include your name, address and email. If you choose not to provide such information, it may not be possible for us to respond to your request or enquiry.

    4. We will retain control of the use of any Personal Data (including Customer Personal Data) you disclose to us. Such data shall remain in our possession, or that of data intermediaries and other service providers acting on our behalf, except in the rare circumstances where we are required by law to disclose it to other persons.

  3. Purposes of Use. 

    1. All personal data and other information collected may be used by Us individually or collectively and may be combined with other information for the following purposes:

      1. responding to your enquiries or requests pursuant to your emails, telephone calls, faxes and/or submission of form(s);

      2. responding to your job/ consultancy/ internship application or your recruitment queries;

      3. responding to and taking follow-up action on complaints;

      4. performing office and operational administrative matters following your request;

      5. seeking feedback and comments on Our business and operational matters, including from Our advisors;

      6. complying with Our legal obligations;

      7. parties providing services and/or products to Us (including information technology services, know-your-client and anti-money laundering compliance services providers);

      8. corporations related to Us ("related corporation" as defined under law), if any;

      9. other entities that We are in discussions with for a potential business transaction; and/ or

      10. entities pursuant to any order of court from a court of competent jurisdiction.

  4. IP Addresses. We may collect and store information about Your computer (including your IP address, operating system and browser type) for system administration. This is statistical data about Our users' browsing actions and patterns, collected and processed only to the extent permitted under law.

  5. Data Retention. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided for by applicable law.

  6. Security. We use technical and organisational security precautions to protect your data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risk. Our security procedures are continuously revised based on new technological developments.

  7. Compliance Officer. You may contact our designated compliance officer for any enquiries or feedback related to this Policy at legal@mleague.gg.

  8. Changes to Policy.

    1. We may revise, amend, supplement, update or otherwise modify this Policy from time to time without any prior notice and you acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to keep up to date with any revisions to this Policy.

    2. Your continued use of any service and/or product provided by the Company shall constitute your acknowledgement and acceptance of any revisions to this Policy.
